Biography
Prof. Dr. Ali Teoman Tellioğlu
Ali Teoman Tellioğlu was born on May 11th 1966 in Erzurum, Turkey. He studied medical school in Gazi University Medical Faculty and received his residency in Ankara Numune Education and Research Hospital Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department through 1990 to 1996. He studied in Japan Showa University, Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery department as a researcher during 1995 to 1995 and in 1998. He was Chief Resident in Numune Education and Research Hospital, Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department during 1996 to 1998 and consultant surgeon in Oncology Hospital, Ankara in 1998. He was Assistant Professor in Kirikkale University Medical Faculty, Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department during 1998to 2002 and became Associate Professor in 25 April 2002. He got his Full Professorship in May 7th 2011 in Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Medical Faculty, Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department. He was retired in September 5th 2017. Now he is working in his private clinic of Ankara.
In addition to Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery He also has Hand surgery and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialties. Foreign languages he speaks includes English and Japanese. He has worked and as board members for over 14 Educational and Research committees both within Ministry of Health, Diskapi Yildirim Beyazit Education and Research Hospital and also in cooperation with Ministry of Health. He is working as a reviewer for 10 national Journals and 7 international journals. Through his career he has given over 69 lectures in Conferences, Symposium, Meeting, Panels and Courses. He has 68 papers published in international journals and 54 papers in national journals.
